Application:
In order to reset password for these portable msr reader / data collectors.

1. Connect the device to the computer via usb wire.

2. Open the portable reader software.

3. When requested for password, Insert the random / wrong password 7 times in a row; at the 8th time the software will generate a random code on 12-character length.

4. Copy the 12- character code and email the code to sales@diij.com with subject "RESET PASS CODE" in the subject line.

The resetting of postcode will take about 1 day. We will email you the password for the device as soon as we receive the payment.
